Digital Products & Content Policy

Digital products are delivered by email or secure download link, usually instantly and always within 24 hours of payment clearing. Check your spam folder before contacting us. Course and membership access is granted to the email address used at checkout.

• You receive a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence.
• You may use the material in and for your own business.
• You may not resell, share, upload, distribute, sublicense or use our material to create a competing product, unless we have granted a written commercial licence.
• Login and download links must not be shared.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is faulty you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, where that is not possible, a price reduction or refund. If our content damages your device or files due to our lack of reasonable care, we will repair the damage or compensate you.

Files are provided in common formats such as PDF, DOCX, Canva templates or video. You are responsible for having the software, internet access and device needed to open them. Product pages list any specific requirements before purchase.

We may update, improve or retire digital products. Where you have lifetime access, updates are included at no extra cost. If a product must be withdrawn permanently and you have not had reasonable use of it, we will offer an alternative or a fair refund. We aim to keep access available for at least 12 months from purchase.

All digital content remains the intellectual property of Digital Biz with Lindy and is protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Unauthorised copying or distribution may result in access being revoked without refund and further legal action.
