By using this website, booking a call, or purchasing a product or service you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

• Digital business education — courses, playbooks, guides and templates.
• Business support — guidance with registrations, set-up and admin.
• Custom Creations Studio — personalised physical and digital products.
• Business Growth Studio — branding, marketing, website design and support.

A contract is formed when we confirm your order or booking in writing (usually by email). Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to decline an order or correct an obvious pricing error before it is accepted.

Payment is due in full before delivery unless we have agreed a written payment plan. Where a plan is agreed, missed payments may pause delivery until the account is brought up to date. Bespoke and done-for-you work may require a non-refundable deposit covering work already started.

• Provide accurate information, briefs, artwork and content on time.
• Ensure you hold the rights to any logos, images or text you supply to us.
• Attend booked sessions or reschedule with reasonable notice.
• Comply with the law when acting on any guidance we provide.

All course material, templates, designs and website content remain our intellectual property. On full payment you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables in your own business. You may not resell, share, republish or claim authorship of our materials.

Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice may be treated as delivered. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details of your 14-day cancellation rights.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for business losses such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data.

If something is not right, contact us first and we will work with you to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
